The SNI is a dynamic and efficient management coupled with professionalism and proven experience in the identification and implementation of the most relevant choices as regards investment.

The SNI is also a dynamic and experienced team made up of a staff with competences which are diversified and adapted to the missions of the company.

The SNI employs 82 people of which 25 Managers, 30 Mid-Level staff and 27 Other staff. Right from the start, the SNI centered its staff policy recruitment on the principle of excellence and professionalism. With this intention, it implemented an adequate training program, centered on the fundamental missions of the company. Over the years, this highly specialized training policy was maintained as well for the management staff as for the staff of support.

The SNI thus obtained a management staff with diversified competences. This staff is made up economists, certified public accountants, business lawyers, engineers, managers, etc…. They all have specialized diplomas of higher education. They followed, as appropriate, advanced specialization courses in areas such as finance, accounting, auditing, management, business law, international arbitration, industrial engineering, marketing, evaluation and privatization techniques, ICT…
