Prepare and submit an investment project to SNI

There is no standard application format for funding or for submitting a project to the SNI. Any private national or foreign promoter who either has a project or who wishes to develop an existing enterprise may contact the SNI directly. The only requirement is to prepare a business plan which describes the project in detail and submit a project to SNI.

The project can be deposited directly at SNI head office or submitted by email by going to this link submit a project. To find out which department at SNI handles projects, please, go to organisation of SNI.

Information concerning projects submitted to SNI

The SNI is keen on making efficiency the hallmark of its relations with promoters. It therefore attaches great importance to providing relevant, quality and precise information on projects submitted to it.

For a preliminary appraisal of any project by SNI, the following details will be required:

Description and objectives of the project.
Information on the company and its promoters.
Capital structure.
Market.
Technical analysis of the project
Cost of the project.
Financing needs.
Trading account forecasts
Cash flow forecasts

If the SNI shows interest in the project, this basic information will need to be supplemented by a feasibility study, one has not been conducted, as well as by such other information as the SNI may request.
