The SNI offers technical assistance to private companies. These services range from audits, through studies and consulting services, to real estate leasing. The services provided by the SNI are paid services, as stipulated in its statutes and based on market conditions. They are offered under the best conditions on the Cameroon market.
Real estate operations
SNI’s real estate development is one of the key programmes
of the corporation. The long term goal is to put in place
adequate and available logistics for SNI investment operations.
SNI’s current assets are substantial, comprising villas,
lands, office space and hotel accommodation.
The Febe residence is a real property complex of 12 studio-apartments
located on the gentle slopes of Mount Febe. These are hotel
flats that are luxurious, comfortable, exotic and safe.
The SNI Head Office building, located in downtown Yaounde,
is a sumptuous 18-storey building with a large portion of
which is rented out as offices.
The SNI also has hospitality facilities, such as villas,
which are rented out to national or foreign personalities
and institutions. These are high class villas covering at
least 800 m2 and are located in one of the oldest and beautiful
neighbourhoods in Yaounde, the political capital of Cameroon.
