The SNI offers technical assistance to private companies. These services range from audits, through studies and consulting services, to real estate leasing. The services provided by the SNI are paid services, as stipulated in its statutes and based on market conditions. They are offered under the best conditions on the Cameroon market.

Studies and consulting services

In a bid to provide quality services to its clients, the SNI, in its new organization chart, has set up a department to exclusively handle studies and consulting services.

The Department of Studies and Consulting Services (DEC) is responsible for implementing the policy on studies and project design for the SNI and its clients, notably the State, as well as the policy on consulting services and strategic support to investment.

In 2004, the SNI initiated and conducted some ten studies. These studies concerned projects in various sectors, such as agro-industry, ICT, telecommunications, etc.

Project design studies related to two programmes:

the development of venture capital
the development of capital for major structural projects

which is consistent with SNI’s many-sided nature, as a venture capital instrument, as well as one for supporting and implementing the industrial policy of the Government.
